All digital product purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy. When you complete a purchase, you receive a license key that unlocks the relevant content. By purchasing, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales of digital products are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, contact us at support@voicesofold.com and we will work to resolve it.
Physical products listed on our site are fulfilled by third-party platforms (such as Etsy). Orders, shipping, returns, and refunds for physical merchandise are governed by the policies of the fulfilling platform. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or fulfillment errors handled by third parties.
